ECRH system in UST_1 and first tests

Optimization of particle confinement time in CNT
   Automatic simulations for different angles between coils and ratio IL-current / PF-current in CNT. Configurations with notable confinement have not been found.

  First rough Monte Carlo transport simulations

   Simulation of paticles with collisions by two methods, "Quasi-real collisions" and "Virtual Collisions". An interesting approximation to theory and to W7-AS results has been obtained.

   The calculation of several thousands of sets of modular coils is carried out. The ripple is minimised and the size of the plasma is maximised. Some good options are chosen.

   An evolution of the first code, MEMCEI v1.0, that uses a cylindrical element as the modellization element instead of a spherical one. It has proved a considerable increase in the accuracy using the same procesing time.

   This code obtains the magnetic field in any 3D-coordinates using a txt data file which describes the geometry of the conductors.
